Organization structure

The organization structure illustrated below is the organogram of the organization which illustrate the key functional areas for efficient and effective delivery of programs and the management of Help to Self Help as an organization. On the programmatic side, HSH has five defined programs that carry different interventions. Community Health and Economic strengthening has been combined in one coordinating mechanism.

The Office of the CEO – Chief Executive Officer is built within the whole sphere of the structure and heavily carries the institutional role to ensure programs implementations, organizational sustainability through partnership engagement and resource mobilization. The office of CEO is supported by HEADS of FIVE programmatic interventions who forms the Senior Management Team (SMT).
